Challenge to Change is an accredited 501(c) non-profit that offers transitioning assistance to the economically disadvantaged and the homeless population of Palm Beach County.
We collaborate with local agencies and public entities to create and ameliorate a continuum of care that will empower clients to accomplish economic self-sufficiency.
Services offered
We offer a halfway houses for those transitioning from a rehab center, a jail or prison, or even off the streets, accompanied with everything those on hard times need to get back on their feet. We offer assistance on completing a GED as well as finding a job!
We also offer a food bank and clothing bank, along with counseling services and connections to other public & private services to make reentry into society as smooth and as attainable as possible.

Secure Housing
Our housing program provides a safe and stable environment for individuals transitioning from homelessness or reentering society. Our secure housing offers private, comfortable accommodations and supportive staff. Each residence is equipped with essential amenities and access to resources that promote personal growth and independence.
Our GED & Job Assistance program is dedicated to empowering you with the education and skills needed to thrive in today’s job market. Whether you’re looking to complete your high school education or seeking employment opportunities, we offer support every step of the way. Our career counselors assist with resume building, job search strategies, and interview preparation.

Food & Clothing Bank
Our Food & Clothing Bank is here to ensure that you have access to the basic necessities you need to live with dignity and comfort. We provide nutritious food, clean clothing, and essential hygiene items to those in need, free of charge. Our goal is to alleviate some of your immediate burdens so you can focus on rebuilding your life.
Counseling & Reentry assistance
Our Counseling & Reentry Assistance program is designed to support smooth transition back into the community. In addition to mental health support, we offer reentry services to help you navigate the complexities of returning to society, including legal assistance, life skills training, and connections to community resources.
